These gifs basically explains Katniss’s character development from the first to the second book. In the first gif we see her break through the restraint of the Peacekeepers, like she rebelled in the arena with the berries.

In the second book Katniss knows she needs to behave for her family to be safe. You can see how it kills her to have to let them take her.

Her entire species must be eradicated.
